Schlosser and Clauss is an award winning, progressive engineering firm providing quality civil engineering and surveying services. Located in east-central Montgomery County, the majority of our work is located in the Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Schlosser and Clauss' clientele span the spectrum from small to large volume developers/land owners. Our projects include virtually every type of land development: residential, commercial, institutional and industrial. Our technical expertise includes site layout, grading, storm water management, water facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, erosion and sediment controls, property surveys and construction layout. As state regulations regarding development have become more stringent, Schlosser and Clauss has become renowned for our prowess with the new PADEP Best Management Practices guidelines. So whether you're doing a plot plan for your home or a major shopping center, we have the expertise to execute your design concept to full completion.

Together, the firm’s principals have over thirty-five years of experience in land development. Kirk W. Clauss, P.E., President, is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology. Andrew C. Schlosser, P.E., Secretary, Treasurer, is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Schlosser and Clauss' staff prides themselves on keeping abreast of the changing technologies and regulations associated with our field, providing our clients with timely, high quality work.
